Brian Santiago-Mundo, 18, of the 4500 block of Rolo Court, exposed himself to a female victim on Dec. 26, 2024, authorities said.
Messiah University Department of Public Safety assisted in the investigation, police noted.
Santiago-Mundo was charged with Indecent Exposure and Open Lewdness. His case was bound over to the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas following a preliminary hearing, police said.
